Warranty Scope
All carbon fiber frames are covered by a 2-year limited warranty starting from the date of purchase, covering damages caused by material or manufacturing defects during normal use.
Other components (such as the front fork, handlebar group, seat tube, etc.) are covered by a 1-year warranty (subject to the brand policy).
Accessories, wearables (such as tires, brake pads, chains, etc.) are not covered by the warranty, unless there is a material or manufacturing defect.
Warranty Period Calculation
It starts from the date of purchase. Please keep the order凭证 properly as the warranty certificate.
The following situations are not covered by the warranty：
Non-normal use， accidents， collisions， abuse or self-disassembly and modification caused damages；
Damage beyond the load capacity or improper maintenance；
Natural wear or aging of consumable parts.
Warranty Service Process
Contact the customer service and provide the order number， problem description and photos；
We will preliminarily review and inform the handling plan within 1-2 working days；
If you need to send it back for testing， you can send the product to the designated after-sales center；
After the test is completed， we will provide repair， replacement or other solutions according to the warranty policy. Warm reminder
The warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred;
To extend the product’s lifespan, please use and maintain it correctly in accordance with the instructions.
