Return and Exchange Applicable Conditions
Only for unopened, uninstalled, in original packaging, and fully equipped products.
You can apply for return and exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt (customized products are excluded).
Reasons for Return and Exchange include: wrong shipment, damaged logistics, product quality issues, etc.
Unapplicable Return and Exchange Situations
Used or damaged due to customer reasons;
Unable to restore original packaging, missing accessories, attachments or gifts;
Customized products (except for quality issues).
Return and Exchange Process
Step 1: Please contact us through customer service (phone/email) and explain the order number and reason for return or exchange.
Step 2: After confirmation, we will provide the return address and relevant instructions.
Step 3: Customer sends back the goods and provides the logistics tracking number.
Step 4: After receiving the goods and confirming they are in good condition, the refund will be returned to your original account within 3-5 working days or arranged for a replacement.
Freight Explanation
Return and exchange due to product quality issues or incorrect shipment are covered by us.
Return and exchange due to customer’s subjective reasons (such as not liking or not being suitable) are the customer’s responsibility to bear the freight. Notes for Attention

Refunds will not include the initial shipping cost (if any).
